I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your continued support of Crispers. It continues to be an uphill climb as we have been hit very hard by this pandemic and we continue to appreciate your business.

As COVID virus continues to impact our community limiting contact remains a top priority. I wanted to again note the actions Crispers is taking to keep our employees and guests as safe as possible.

– All of our employees wear masks while preparing food and interacting with each other and the guests.
– Employees temperatures are checked daily upon arrival and before their shift.
– As we always have, we remain focused on hand washing and routinely sanitizing surfaces in all of our locations.
– We have social distancing markers in place to ensure that our guests can easily social distance from each other while in line.
– We have touchless payment methods available like Apple and Google pay.
– We offer online ordering that allows guests to order and pay online and then have a touch less experience with Express Pickup areas.
– We offer Curbside pickup and Delivery options. See our website for details.
– All single use items and condiments remain behind the counters. We will provide you a lid and straw with your drink and please ask for anything else you need.
– We have dedicated tables throughout the restaurant that are spaced according to the social distancing guidelines of 6 feet.

We at Crispers wanted to provide you an update for the business, but first, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all of our customers that have supported us through this very difficult time. You all have been amazing.

Over the past month as we have all adapted to new ways to serve guests and dine with Crispers. Beginning Monday, May 4th in accordance with Florida guidelines, Crispers will re-open our dining rooms to 25% capacity and provide outdoor seating in compliance with 6ft social distancing guidelines.

As we move forward, and as I have stated in previous communications, Crispers is dedicated to providing a safe environment for you and your family to dine.

Here are the initiatives that we have implemented and will be implementing to keep our guests and our team members safe and healthy. Limiting contact remains a top priority.

We remain focused on hand washing and routinely sanitizing surfaces in all of our locations.
We have put social distancing markers in place to ensure that our guests can easily social distance from each other while in line.
We will be taking guest names at the registers rather then reusing table numbers and then asking guests to come to the counter to pick up their food to reduce our staff’s table to table contact
We have touchless payment methods available like Apple and Google pay.
All single use items and condiments will remain behind the counters. We will provide you a lid and straw with your drink and please ask for anything else you need.
We have dedicated tables throughout the restaurant that are spaced according to the social distancing guidelines of 6 feet.
We will be using disposable plate ware and silverware to serve our food. Once guests are finished, they can easily dispose of the waste on their way out and we can sanitize the seating area for the next guest.
We will continue to offer curbside pick-up and delivery for minimum contact options.
